• "Partner": Refers to restaurant owners or merchants offering goods/services via the App.
• "Customer": Refers to individuals placing orders through HF Delivery Customer App.
• "Delivery Partner": Refers to individuals delivering orders.

3. Partner Accounts

• Account Creation: Accurate and complete business information is required during registration.
• Responsibilities: Partners are responsible for the menu, pricing, and fulfilling orders promptly.

4. Services Provided

HF Delivery Partner acts as a platform to list your goods/services and connect with Customers for fulfilling orders.

5. Payments

• Earnings: Payments for orders are processed via the App and disbursed to Partners after deducting applicable fees.
• Disputes: HF Delivery Partner is not liable for payment disputes between Partners and Customers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Partners must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Provide substandard or unsafe goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

HF Delivery Partner is not liable for order-related issues, delivery delays, or disputes between Partners and Customers.

8. Privacy Policy

HF Delivery Partner handles data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

9. Termination

HF Delivery Partner reserves the right to terminate a Partner’s account for violations or at its discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution
